Actuator Motor/Massage Motor Replacement
Daily wear and tear can affect the actuator head or foot motor/massage motor and can render the elevation non functional or non operational. Our technicians will fully and correctly inspect the issue, work with the manufacturer and replace it with original parts.
Control Box Replacement
This is a common issue due to power surge or overheating. When the control box stops working, all functions of the adjustable base shut down. We will work to find the source of the issue, replace it and set it up to prevent it in the future.
Remote Control Pairing
Radio Frequency (RF) signals can be lost between the base and remote control. This is generally caused due to power outages or other devices using RF signals. Our technicians will fix this issue, program your remote with presets to save you time with one touch.
Synchronising Bases
Another common issue with RF Signal loss or interference can be found with twin XL bases. Our technicians will sync the signal between two bases, the remote as well as the disconnected sync cord.
Adjustments And Headboard Brackets
Our technicians can adjust the height of the headboard, raise or shorten the bed legs to desired height and attach a headboard to your base.
